It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eloise Wales (Greensburg, Louisiana), who passed away on September 5, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Hornsby and Gladys Wiggins Hornsby; her husband Dowling "Nookie" Wales; her brothers, Eugene, Lawrence and Bobby Hornsby; and her sister-in-law Arvie Hornsby.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Lynn McElroy of Lafayette, LA and Sherry Estes (Vince); her grandchildren, Scott McElroy, Stephen McElroy, T. J. Chandler (Ashley), Joseph Brabham (Mallory), Adam Chandler (Riley), Monica Estes, Beth Chandler, Roseanne Needham and Bryson Lee; and her sisters-in-law, Theresa and Lucy Hornsby.
