He is survived by: his children, Sierra Garraway, Alley Harrell, Riley and Dakota Harrell; his grandchildren, Alexi Harrell, Taylor Harrell, Jolle Harrell, Graysen Garraway, Porter Garraway, Mackenzie Garraway and Brianna Garraway; and his siblings, Belinda Moreland and Clyde.
