With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Milton Lamb of Grayson, Louisiana, born in Delhi, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 3, 2025 at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sylvester and Velma Mae Lamb; and his son Anthony Wayne Lamb. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Byrd Lamb; his children, Linda Cheryl Shroyer (Randy), John Sylvester Lamb (Claudia) and Patricia Diane Hamilton (Keith); his grandchildren, Cristy Beth Hood (Chaz), Lindsey Marie Shroyer, Joshua Wayne Shroyer (Stephanie), Jessica Michaela Stauffer (Robert Jr), Sandy Treasure Gibson and Virginia Lamb; and his great grandchildren, Dravin Michael Hood, Aurora DianeLee Stauffer, Cambria Isabella Shroyer, Ezra Philip Stauffer and Iris Melody Hood. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Griffin F. H. (911 Warren Dr, West Monroe, LA 71291). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Griffin Funeral Home (911 Warren Dr, West Monroe, LA 71291). A burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bethel Church Cemetery (Holly Ridge, LA 71269).
The family requests all donations be made to Grace Baptist Church at 484 Billy Cy Rd, Grayson, LA 71435, where he attended church before his unfortunate passing.
