She was predeceased by: her parents, E. O. "Buck" and Lilly Moore; her siblings, Odis Moore, Vertie Lee Short, Reecie King and Bobbie "Pete" Fatheree; her stepson Andy Franklin; and her stepgrandson Logan Franklin.
She is survived by: her husband James Franklin; her children, James Scroggs (Clivette), John Scroggs (Elaine), Wanda Stroud (Randy), Max Scroggs (Cindy), Michael Scroggs (Tamara), Eddie Eddie Scroggs (Sandy), Pam Jones (Brent) and Becky Franklin; her sisters, Lola Bradford (Bobby), Patsy Eichelberger and Dottie Luttrick (Johnny); and her siblings-in-law, Carolyn Weaver, Debbie Manasco and Gary Franklin. She is also survived by Her 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren adoringly called her "Granny" and what an amazing Granny.
In lieu of flowers, she requested that donations be made to the Columbia Heights Baptist Church building fund or charity of your choice.
