He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel McGuin and Delores Verrett McGuin; and his siblings, Lois Gauthier and Patrick C. McGuin. He is survived by: his wife Hattie Wilson McGuin; his children, Dinah McGuin, Warren H. McGuin, Jr., Valerie R. McGuin, Wendy L. McGuin and Dwayne C. McGuin; his brothers, Carl L. McGuin (Janice) of Gray, Gilbert J. McGuin of Gray, Charles W. McGuin (Mildred) of Gray, Leo S. McGuin (Christine) of Gray and Stanley R. McGuin of Gray; and his sisters-in-law, Gladys W. Payne of St. Francisville, Nancy Wilson of St. Francisville and Dorothy Wilson of St. Francisville. He is also survived by 3 Godchildren, and a host of Nieces, Nephews, other Relatives.
