He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Bourg McElroy of Gray; his children, Thaddeus Matthews McElroy, IV of Houma, Christina McElroy Roddy (Brandon) of Gray and Michelle McElroy Rochel (Jason) of Gray; his mother Cecile B. McElroy; his siblings, Herman McElroy, Terry McElroy, Andre McElroy, Dale McElroy (Betty), Gwen M. Breaux, Lisa M. Hill, Robin McElroy and Roxanne M. McEachem (Billy); his mother-in-law Mary M. Bourg; his siblings-in-law, Roy Bourg (Grace), Norman Bourg, Ray Bourg, Sidney Bourg, Barbara B. Lombes (Reid) and Peggy B. Riggs (Bert); and his grandchildren, Dylan, Holly, Kevin McElroy (Stelly), Brayden Roddy, Alyssa Roddy, Taylor, Jasa and Jason Rochel, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
