She is survived by: her husband Andrew "Andy" Himel Jr.; her children, Byron Himel, Tonya Babin, Patrice Betemps and Denice Richard (T. J.); and her brother Andrew Bourgeois (Judy). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
