We are sad to announce that on May 23, 2022, at the age of 69, Lucius Ray Thomas of Gray, Louisiana, born in Ville Platte, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Hill and Dorothy Mae T. H. Culllivan; and his brother Edmond Hill, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Chucky Antoine, Norman Griffin and Campanella Antoine; and his siblings, John Arthur LaFleur, Tyrone Thomas, Curley Cullivan, Estella Dell Hill Short, Ferdella Ann Rousell, Dianna Gail H. Simmons, Marilyn Vandora Byrd, Zina Velain Thomas and Ursala Cullivan.
A memorial service will be observed on Friday, June 3, 2022, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Jones Funeral Home 230 S. Hollywood Rd., Houma, LA 70360. (All visitors are asked to adhere to the CDC local regulations by wearing masks and practicing social distancing.) Memories of Lucius will forever remain in the heart of his children, Chucky Antoine, Norman Griffin and Campanella Antoine.
