He is survived by: his close friend Betty Authement; his children, Rhonda Hogan Boudreaux (Elray), Michelle Hogan Tate and Michael Hogan (Heather); his stepsons, Brady Authement, Cody Authement (Brandi) and Jean Authement, Jr.; his grandchildren, Derek Cantrelle (Chelsi), Dustin Cantrelle, Christopher Tate (Carley), Taylor Maise (Conner) and Jourdyn Hogan (Lee); his stepgrandchildren, Dylan Burch, Brody Authement, Leland Authement, Ahri Authement, Taylor Boudreaux and Joshua Boudreaux; and his great grandchildren, Sloane Cantrelle and Hank Cantrelle.
