He is survived by: his children, Ashley DePriest, Amanda DePriest and Scott McMahan; his grandchildren, Ashlynne DePriest, Asher DePriest, Dagan McMahan and Asa DePriest; his brother Raymond E. DePriest; and his sister-in-law Pamela DePriest.
