He is survived by: his wife Eula Marie Bourg Plocher; his daughters, Robin Plocher and Josie Picou; his son-in-law Troy Picou; his son Joe Plocher; his grandchildren, Scarlet Plocher, Brooke Budine (Kyle), Dorion Lirette, Jeremy Lirette, Bethany Lirette, Sabrina Picou and Braxton Picou; his siblings, Faye Stewart, Paul Burchfield (Gena), Ricky Burchfield (Susie) and Amy Mitchell (Zack); his siblings-in-law, Natalie Keller, Murphy Bourg (Gail) and Douglas Bourg (Velda); and his pet Delilah. He is also survived by 21 Nieces and Nephews.
