He is survived by: his wife Gloria Alverez Rainey; his sons, Corey, Destin, Skie and Trenton; and his siblings, Bernell Rainey Jr., Norman Richardson, Myrtle Chatman and Iona Smith. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, five sisters-in-law, seven brothers-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
