He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley, Sr. Barrow and Emily Howard Barrow; his siblings, Charley, Jr., Joseph L. Barrow and Doris B. Farrar; and his grandparents, William, Louiser Barrow, Rueben and Emily Howard.
He is survived by: his siblings, Richard, Randall K. Barrow, Louiser B. Duckett, Etta B. Johnson and Dr. Anita Barrow-Morrell. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
