He is survived by: his parents, June Steppe and Jack Herbert (Theresa); his siblings, Dana Rhodes (David), Larry Herbert, Matthew (Jack Herbert) and Scott (Stephen Herbert); and his close friend Larry Foster. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
