He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo W. Simmons; his children, Jeffery A. Simmons, Christopher "Chris" L. Simmons and Le Anne Simmons; his siblings-in-law, Jeffery Williams (Karen) and Quida Simmons; his niece Dezirea "Button" Williams; and his nephew Austin Williams (Brianna). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
