It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annette Howard of Gray, Louisiana, who passed away on January 8, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her granddaughter India Howard; her parents, Elvin, Sr. Wesley and Winnie Kirtman Wesley; and her siblings, Elvin, Jr., Lloyd, Leonard, Sr., William Wesley and Betty Sims.
She is survived by: her husband Samuel Howard, Jr.; her children, Jerome, Steven Howard, Sr. and Shonda Howard; and her siblings, Nolan Wesley, Sr., Rose McGuin, Ida Frye and Janis Wesley. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
