Justin Layne Morrow Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Justin Layne Morrow of Grant, Louisiana, who passed away on February 16, 2025 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, D. A., Elizabeth Dowies, Charlie and Willa Morrow; and his stepfather Errol Deshotels.
He is survived by: his children, Benjamin Morrow, Allesandra Morrow and Blake Yancey; his parents, Carolyn Deshotels and Gary Morrow (Deborah); his siblings, Johnny Deshotels (Andrea), David Deshotels (Sherrie), Alex Deshotels (Marcie), Jared Morrow (Candace), Charlie Morrow, Paula Miller (Matt) and Merryl Williams (Eddie); the mother of his children Melissa Morrow; and his grandson Rhett Yancey. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the Palestine Baptist Church (414 Palestine Rd, Grant, LA 70644). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
