He is survived by: his son Mendell Manuel of Grant; his parents, Gary Winn and Rockelle Winn of Grant; his siblings, Will Winn (Katie) of Reeves, Dustin Day of Rosepine and Chesney Fletcher (Caleb) of Dry Creek; his grandfather James Phipps of Pitkin; his nieces and nephews, Trevor, Titus, Graysen, Emma and Dawson; and his goddaughter Faith Johns. He is also survived by aunt, uncles and cousins.
