He was predeceased by: his wife Leoda Anselmi Williams; his son Kirk Williams; his great grandchild Blake Valenzuela; his parents, Walter Williams and Yvonne Danos Williams; his sister Rae Williams; and his son-in-law Terry "Gree" Guidry.

He is survived by: his children, Glenn A. Williams and Pamela Williams Guidry; his grandchildren, Skylynn Williams, Wendy Williams Nunez (Santos), Kyle Williams, Chloé Guidry and Cydney Guidry; his great grandchildren, Kaden Valenzuela, Yazmin Nunez, Zoey Dantin and Oaklyn Bruce; his daughter-in-law Penny Charpentier Williams; and his sister-in-law Verda Anselmi Guidroz.
