She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Roy and Elsie Roy. She is survived by: her husband Scooter Resweber; her children, Kevin Resweber (Torey) and Stacy Cheramie Resweber; her grandchildren, Isaac Cheramie, Skyler Resweber, Londyn Resweber and Presley Resweber; her great grandchildren, Avery Cheramie and River Cheramie; and her sisters, Aline Hollier and Brenda Patin.

The family asks, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Mrs. Karen's name to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
