He was predeceased by: his parents, Eustache LaFont and Selina Crosby LaFont; and his siblings, Jerry, Cliff, Kilben, Joe, Cleo LaFont, Mabel Santiny, Loreta Stannick and Agatha Soderstorm.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jude LaFont, Damian LaFont (Chelsea), Shane Chandler (Cherie) and Marlo Cheramie (Tommy); and his great grandchildren, Emerson LaFont, Mason, Cara Chandler, Leighlin, Josh LaFont, Gabrielle Cheramie and Aaron.
