He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Royer Serrin; his parents, Rev. Leonard and Thea Monceaux; his son-in-law Kevin Johnson, Sr.; and his siblings, Hilda Knott, Eddie and Johnny Serrin.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Rish (Mike) of Jennings, Jody Racca (Dale) of Westlake, Darla Crochet (Kim) of Gotts Cove and Kent Serrin (Anita) of Carlyss, LA; his grandchildren, Kevin Johnson, Jr. (Jessica), Tyler Crochet, Aaron Racca, Ryan Racca (Mary) and Misty Rish; and his great grandchildren, Gavin, Ian and Stevie Lynn Johnson. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
