She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Carron and Emilly Calais Carron; and her siblings, Nina Baker, Mildred Taylor, Carlton Carron, Arthur Calais and Clarence Carter.
She is survived by: her son Donald Journet (Shayla Jim); her adoptive daughter Lee Brown (John); her sister Agnes Lewis; her grandchildren, Clayton Lewis, Dinnia Lewis (Mark Lawrence), Christopher Journet (Taylor Newman) and Donna Journet; and her great grandchildren, Chancellor Journet, Tanesha Carron, Jaylen Lawrence, Jaevien Lawrence, Kaiden Journet and Ares Collins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
