She was predeceased by: her husband Curtis Soirez; her parents, Daniel Laneaux and Ethel Latiolais; her brothers, Nolan Laneaux and Dale Laneaux; and the father of her children Leroy Joseph Marks.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Marks of Grand Coteau, Karla Bourque (Bryan) of Grand Coteau and Kim Lagneaux (Byron) of Sunset; and her grandchildren, Danielle Harrison (Casey), Justin Lagneaux, Ashley Brimmage (Ryan), Dawn Gary, Robert Lagneaux (Stacy), Toby Bourque (Alyse), Cody Bourque (Emily Bergeron) and Katrina Lagneaux. She is also survived by twenty-five great grandchildren; several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
