He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Harvey and Allie Harvey; his brother Doug Harvey; and his son Charles "Chuck" Frederick Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Cotton Harvey; his son James Harvey (Kelly); his daughter-in-law Elaine Harvey-Parker (Eric); his grandchildren, Michael Hobbs, Charitie Anderson, Allison Riley, Cody Harvey, Jesse Harvey, Chase Hobbs and Michaela Harvey; and his great grandchildren, Zander Hobbs, Kasey Meshell, Ava Lee, Maddie Anderson, Kinslee Riley, Emily Harvey, Westyn Hobbs, Gary Riley (Bubba), Chloe Anderson, Ja'Michael Harvey, Morgan Harvey and Tavin Anderson.
