We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2018, at the age of 87, Vivian Laiche Borne (Gramercy, Louisiana), born in Paulina, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Maurice O. Borne; her daughter Joy Borne Melancon Kramer; her son-in-law James E. Melancon, Jr.; and her siblings, Herbert J. Laiche, Lloyd Laiche, Norris Laiche, Sr., Heno J. Laiche, Jr., Bridgette L. Bienvenu, Mabel L. Vicknair, Enola L. Byrd and Cecile L. Bourgeois.

She is survived by: her daughter Sheila Borne Bourgeois (Bruce); her granddaughters, Angela Bourgeois Vincent (Chris) and Ashley Bourgeois Simon (Keith); her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Simon, Adley Simon and Allison Vincent; and her sisters, Joyce L. Duhe and Audrey L. Prudhomme. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends.
