He was predeceased by: his parents, Nobel Sr. Morton and Olivia Morton; his wife Lisa Boudreaux Morton; and his siblings, Rosana Morton and Noble Jr..
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Winfield, Howard Sr. and Roger Morton; his father-in-law Leslie Boudreaux Sr.; his daughter Toya F. Morton; his stepson Avion Williams; his grandsons, Mandel Jr. and Cannon; his siblings, Joyce Morton, Alvin (late Catherine) and Robert (Sherline); his mother-in-law Delores Boudreaux; his brother-in-law Lyndell Boudreaux (Leslie Jr. Truly); and his nephew Bruce Batiste. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
