She is survived by: her husband Philip Provenzano; her children, Lisa Provenzano (Jerry Martin) and Todd Provenzano (Jennifer Rouillier); her grandsons, Tyler Provenzano (Valarie) and Alex Provenzano; her great grandchildren, Kyla Widmer and Trace Provenzano; and her siblings, Sidney "Zeke" Breaux, Jr. (Barbara), Patricia Rivet (late Pat), Nancy Barthelemy (Lynn) and Theresa Gautreaux (Billy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
