We are sad to announce that on November 11, 2018, at the age of 94, Rose Ray (Gramercy, Louisiana), born in Donaldsonville, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Owen Ray Sr.; her son Owen Ray Jr.; her parents, Arthur Augusta and Pauline Guedry; and her siblings, Arthur Augusta and Rita Hamilton.
She is survived by: her children, Yvette Bowens (Spurgeon Lewis), Wayne Ray Sr. (Sharon), Paulette Ray Sanders (Boris) and Troy Ray Sr. (Diane); her daughter-in-law Carolyn Ray; and her sister Evelyn Ford. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
