It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ron Jesse Wilson Sr. (Gramercy, Louisiana), born in Laplace, Louisiana, who passed away on March 8, 2022, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ignatius Wilson, Sr. and Audrey Anderson Wilson; his brother Ignatius Wilson, Jr.; his parents-in-law, Ferdinand Gaines, Sr. and Mary Young Gaines; his brothers-in-law, Rev. Ferdinand Gaines, Jr. and Paul Anthony Young, Sr.; and his grandparents, Felicia Creecy Anderson, Freedie Lee Anderson (Boota), Vivian B. Wilson, Victoria W. Charles (Joe), Willie Wilson Jr. (Elnora) and Donald Ray Wilson (Geraldine).
He is survived by: his sons, Ron Wilson, Jr., ZyRon Wilson and Ronde Wilson; his wife LaRhonda; his brother Keith Anthony Wilson Sr. (Allana); his uncle Leonard Wilson, Sr. (Viola); his sisters-in-law, Lavater Young, Bertha Anderson (Darwin), Rose Scott (Eldrin) and Vernamae Hardy; and his aunts and uncles, Anita Clement (Willie), Brenda Exum (Dori), Freddie Lee Brown, Elise Perriloux, Randolph Anderson (Betsy), Clayton Anderson and Octave Anderson (Karen). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
