He is survived by: his wife Marie Claretta Dumas Steib; his children, Rose Mitchell, Rogers Steib, Tammy Johnson (Bryan) and Sandy Jolivette (Tellis); his grandchildren, Brittany Joseph (Perry), Harold Mitchell, Jr., Andre Mitchell (Winitra), Dante Johnson, Alexis Johnson, Christopher Jolivette and Sydney Jolivette; and his great grandchildren, Carter Joseph, Carson Joseph, Avani Mitchell and Giani Mitchell.
