It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Arceneaux Gaudin of Gramercy, Louisiana, who passed away on February 1, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Joseph Gaudin, Jr.; her parents, Henry Arceneaux and Laurence Dufrense Arceneaux; and her siblings, Henry Arceneaux, Jr., Jane Poche, Floyd Arceneaux, Delores Hecker, Merle Duhe, Cecile Arceneaux and Cheryl Burns.

She is survived by: her children, Dr. Steve Gaudin (Roselynn) and Genevieve McClung; her grandchildren, Douglas McClung, Jr. (Emily), Christopher Gaudin (Laura) and Dr. Julie Gaudin; her great grandchildren, Mae, Molly and Maisy McClung; and her siblings, Carlin Hebert, Sr., Joan Arceneaux and Richard Arceneaux. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church (616 E Main St, Gramercy, LA 70052). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
