He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Oubre Raphael; his siblings, Hurley Raphael (late Diane), Leroy (Marva), Ronald (Robin), Leonard Raphael (Clarita), Patricia Landreaux (Harvel) and Joyce Celestine (Andrew); his mother-in-law Mary Weber Oubre, Sr.; and his siblings-in-law, Glenn Oubre (Claudette), Jude Barry Oubre (Karen), Carol Jean Oubre, Sandra Oubre and Romel Julien (late Mary Ann).
