He was predeceased by: his parent Leola Batiste-Jack; and his grandson Blayton Loumonth Jack. He is survived by: his parent Ervin Jack Sr.; his spouse Alicia Francois-Jack; his children, Loumonth Jr., Genevive Haydel, Felicia Hampton (Leroy), Brandy Jack, Racquel Warren and Arnell Jack; his siblings, Ricky Jack (Germaine), Greginald Jack and Yvette LaGrange (Miguel); and his godchildren, Brock Batiste, Maya Trench and Sarah Davis. He is also survived by his friends and extended family, he was known as "Lou", "Jack", and "Captain Jack", but to his grandchildren he was "Pa" and to his beloved children.
