He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Oubre-Jeffery and Elvonia Oubre-Jeffery; his daughter Michelle Jeffery; his brothers, Bernard Jeffery Jr. and Cantrelle Jeffery Sr.; and his siblings-in-law, Sidney Joseph and Gladys Jeffery.
He is survived by: his wife Eula Stevens Jeffery; his son Terrence; his grandchildren, Brittany Holmes (Standish Holmes), Terrence Jr., Jillisa and James Jeffery; his great grandchildren, Kameryn of Standish, II, Jace, Jordyn and Xavier; his siblings, Ordean Joseph, Cleo Batiste and Roland Jeffery (Reginald Borne); his siblings-in-law, Raymond Batiste, Glendora Jeffery and Marie Jeffery; his brother Anthony; and his sister-in-law Joyce Stevens. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins, other relatives and friends.
