She was predeceased by: her mother Thelma Dupard; and her siblings, Hazel Saul and Darrell Dupard. She is survived by: her spouse Imeh Akpan; her children, Ross Akpan of Baton Rouge, Nenne Akpan of Charlotte and Jarvis Akpan of Houston; and her brothers, Hayward Jeffery (Betty) of Westwego, Tannor Dupard Sr. (Carol) of Baton Rouge, Norris Dupard Sr. of Vacherie, Louisiana and Jayce Jarvis Andrews Akpan. She is also survived by grandchild, whom she cherished and loved dearly and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
