She is survived by: her husband Ronald Joseph Melancon; her child Angel Marie Fowler; her granddaughter Brittany Michelle Melancon; and her siblings, Joyce Millet (late Godfrey, Sr.), Yetta Bourgeois (Albert) and Antoine Berthelot, Jr. (Sandra). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
