He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Steib; his children, Kiera Holliday (Tommy) and Keed Johnson (Desiree); his siblings, Bartholomew Johnson III and Soundra Ambrose (Jesse); his grandchildren, Kadelyn and Keydren Holliday; his uncles, Charles Savoie (Jeanette), Jerry Savoie (Ernestine) and Emile August; his in-laws, Carolyn Johnson, Virginia Dumas, Delores Laurent, Shirley Taylor, Michael Steib, Margaret Smith, Joseph Steib (Ernestine), Albert Steib (Patricia) and Beverly Dumas; his godchildren, Roxanne Barre, Ira Jackson, Nakeela Young and Elliott Temple; and his friend Ronald Samuel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (2349 LA-18, Edgard, LA 70049). A rosary was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 8:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
