She was predeceased by: her husband Randall Schexnayder; her son Randy Schexnayder (late Susie); her parents, Arcade Zeringue and Elise Dufrene Zeringue; and her sister Grace Faucheux.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy Poche (Neal), Trudy LeBlanc (late Danny) and Damian Schexnayder; her grandchildren, Meghann Roper (Jeremy), Jade Joffrion (Jake), Melissa Roper, Luke LeBlanc (Sydney), Neal Poche, III and Michaela Poche; her great grandchildren, Madyson Roper, Tate Roper, Brady Roper, Rowan Roper and Bentley Roper; and her siblings, Donna Vicknair, Myrtis Lambert, Hazel Guidry, Elsie Guidry, Gloria Zeringue, Pete Zeringue, Harry Zeringue and Ray Zeringue. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Church (616 E Main St, Gramercy, LA 70052). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
