He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Steven, Audrey Johnson, Cecil and Clara Rowell. He is survived by: his parents, Mel Johnson and Kay Johnson; his son Jacob Johnson; his brother Ben Johnson; his grandchildren, Levi and Luke Johnson; his child Vicki Gallagher; his niece Jenna Dysart; his husband John Lewis; his great-niece Landry Dysart; and his cousin Sandra. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
