She is survived by: her mother Charity Bland of Lake Providence, LA; her siblings, Lucinda Bland of Lake Providence, Ada Joseph (Samuel) of Grambling, LA, Clarence Bland (Billie) of Lake Jackson, TX, Robbie Bland (Jacqueline) of Angleton, TX, Paul Bland (Cheryl) of San Antonio, TX and Mark Bland of Orlando, FL.; and her godson Markus Bland, Sr. of Lake Providence, LA.. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, godchildren, relatives and friends.
The first chapter began with Cedonia, born to Clarence (deceased) and Charity Bland on Gilyard Plantation of Lake Providence, Louisiana on March 3, 1949.
