He is survived by: his stepchildren, Roxie Carson (Randy), Jenna Lachelle Lessard Guerra (Bert Roy), Joseph Stacey Lessard (Tammy), Robert Robbie Lessard and Chad Michael Lessard; and his siblings, Leona McLaughlin (Elbert) of Plain Dealing, LA, Cora Moreau (Benjamin) of Evergreen, Cathy Perry (Steven) of Patterson, Peter Carmello of Evergreen, Augustine Carmello (Eveline) of Amelia, Paul Carmello of Cottonport, John Carmello of Evergreen, Harold Carmello (Vickie) of Panama City, FL, Valentine Carmello of Bunkie and Albert Carmello of Evergreen. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 11 greatgrandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
