She is survived by: her husband Wilbur Ralph Blades; her children, William Gene Blades (Julie), John Ralph Blades (Suzann), Jennifer Lynn Blades Howell (Cliff) and James Rafe Blades (Carrie); her half-brothers, Mike Pauley (Susan), Mark Pauley (Donna) and Jeff Pauley (Judy); and her grandchildren, Bryndi Blades Dixon (Jonathon), David Malone, Jacee Blades Allison (Brandon), Hannah Howell Goloforo (Drew), Landen Rafe Blades, Austin Cole Blades, Victoria Howell Bashrum (Dillon), Scout Elizabeth Blades and Cooper James Blades. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
