He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mervin Babin and Julia Faye Dupuy. He is survived by: his wife Elinor Landry Babin (Pug); his daughter Kristy Babin Schexnayder; his son-in-law Matthew Ryan Schexnayder; his grandchildren, Elinor Grace Schexnayder and Jameson Kirk Schexnayder; his sisters, Lori Babin and Stephanie Babin Frederic; his brother-in-law Tony Frederic; his nephew Jon Marc Frederic; and his nieces, Keri Frederic and Trinity Babin. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
A special thank you goes to a family friend, Joanie Perez, who lovingly donated her time, energy, and love to care for Phillip (and Pug) during this difficult time.
