With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Peggy Tassara Watson of Gonzales, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 15, 2024 at the age of 78. She was predeceased by: her husband James O. Watson; and her parents, John Lester Tassara and Kathleen Harrison Tassara. She is survived by: her children, Donna Brignac (David), Michael Watson (Ann), Sandra Tamplain (Robert, Jr.) and James Watson; her grandchildren, Ryan Brignac (Amy), Tim Brignac (Brittney), Ben Brignac (Jaclyn), James Brignac (Cullen), Michael Brignac (Shae), Brittany Smith (Justin), Amanda Jones (Joseph), Tabitha Alonzo (Danny), Robert Tamplain, III (Kayla) and Devon Watson; and her siblings, Danny Tassara, Debbie Berget, Kathy Sellars (Glenn), Johnny Tassara and Mike Tassara (Elaine). She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
