She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Richard Blake Braswell and Susie Beck Mosley Braswell; her children, Barbara Parsons of Gonzales, LA, Clay Parsons of Tacoma, WA and Melanie Zedlitz (Peter) of St. Gabriel, LA; her husband Richard Ardel Parsons; and her brother James Richard Braswell. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
