He was predeceased by: his parents, Morgan Ellsworth and Agnes M. Tee Ellsworth; his wife Karen Lee Therrell Ellsworth; and his sister Patsy Ellsworth King Carruth. He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Morgan Ellsworth and Melissa Ellsworth; and his siblings, Rial A. Ellsworth and Dana Ellsworth Stratton. He is also survived by five grandchildren with an assortment of nieces and nephews.
