He was predeceased by: his parents, George V. McGrew and Bernice Holley McGrew; his parents-in-law, John W Cruthirds and Hilda M. Cruthirds; his siblings, Micki K Easterly and Malcom D. McGrew; and his brother-in-law Ken Zingrebe.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cruthirds McGrew; his children, Holly McGrew Steed (Kevin), Michael N. McGrew (Lori), John V. McGrew and Thomas D. McGrew (Kellie); his grandchildren, Nathan, Kendall, Mia, Adam, Ashleigh, Ryan, Molly, Patrick, Stefan, Saige, Elyssa, Caleb, Henry and Mac; his great grandchildren, Amiela and Aiden; his brother George V McGrew (Julia); his siblings-in-law, John "Jack" Cruthirds and Lynn Zingrebe; his friends, Kenneth Boutte and Tom Kalinoski; and his pet Missy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Mike's honor to American Cancer Society.
