She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Sr. Holtz and Bobbie Holtz of LaMarque Texas; her siblings, Matthew Holtz Jr. of LaMarque, Texas, Moses Holtz and Lena Wilson of LaMarque Texas; her great grandchild Madison Winston of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and her close friend Nolan Peacock of LaMarque, Texas.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Carolyn Holtz of Pearland, Texas; her children, Charles Davis-Smith of Richmond, Texas and Patricia Iverson Winston Gayden of Gonzales, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Nikisha Winston Garrett (Keith) of Gonzales, Jerome Winston Jr. (Sabrina) of Austin, Brandon Davis of Inglewood and Patrick Austin Winston (Katy) of Gonzales, Louisiana.; and also Carolyn. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
