He is survived by: his wife Joan Ducote (Peaches); his children, Rachel Ducote Wolen (Jeff Wolen), Michael A. Palermo, Jr. and Kevin Palermo; his grandchildren, Victoria Wolen, Julianna Wolen, Joshua Wolen, Katie Palermo Lanier and Anthony Palermo; his great grandchildren, Lillian and Diana Lanier; and his siblings-in-law, Judith Sedtal and Gordon Sedtal (Joey).
